Concierge desk hours in The Crescent lobby are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. All sales are final. Only checks and money orders are accepted. Checks should be made payable to Crescent TC Investors L.P. A service fee of $25 is charged on all returned checks.
Just a reminder - concierge services and tickets purchases are not available in the management office.
