21st Century After School Programs that includes Academic Tutoring, Karate, Boys and Girls Club, Science Club, Photography Club, Dallas Scores Soccer and Poetry, and Arts.

Gallagher street, in West Dallas, has the look of a place that has given up. Porches lay collapsed into the earth. Automobile parts rust on dirt lawns like limbs thrown from a wreck.
