A Timeless landmark of Dallas

There is something magical about rooftop views, especially from The Crescent!
The Crescent renews a 55,345 square-foot lease with Stanley Korshak, Dallas’ independent specialty emporium that pampers customers with high-quality service and merchandise. @stanleykorshak has anchored The Crescent’s prestigious retail space since opening in 1986. See our bio for more details.

Crawford Brock has owned Stanley Korshak since 2002, purchasing the company from oil heiress Caroline Rose Hunt. “We are pleased to remain at one of the most magnificent office and retail locations in the United States. We value our strong vendor partnerships and greatly appreciate our loyal customers in Dallas and around the world.”
The Crescent welcomes Cain Capital Management, a national financial advisory firm headquartered here in Dallas.
Since 1986, The Crescent has been a landmark for the Uptown Dallas community. Along with our recent renovation, we felt it was time to refresh our brand to reflect The Crescent’s new era of class and culture.

Designed by @whiteunicornagency, the primary mark was inspired by the stunning arched windows of the building found throughout the entire complex and was created with an understanding of modern office environments. This approach combines revitalization with flexibility and collaboration to better characterize those that work and visit The Crescent today.

Created as an abstract representation of the ornamental cast aluminum that defines The Crescent’s façade, additional marks were created to symbolize our Class A office, luxury accommodations, retail, and high level of customer service. See our bio link to learn more about our recently completed $12 million first-floor renovation.
The Crescent is proud to support The Stallings Award Foundation and The Ashford Rise School of Dallas. Congratulations to University of Cincinnati Coach Luke Fickell, the recipient of the 2022 Stallings Award earlier this week.

The Stallings Award is awarded annually to a college head football coach who is both a humanitarian and an exceptional coach—named in honor of Gene Stallings to pay tribute to his son Johnny and those who triumph no matter their circumstances. They make a difference in the lives of their players and the communities in which they live.
We are honored to share that The Crescent was recently named Deal of the Year by D Magazine D CEO Commercial Real Estate Awards and the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deal of 2021: Commercial Property Sale. Crescent Real Estate’s March 2021 reacquisition of The Crescent marks the third time owning our iconic Uptown property. The Crescent was one of the most expensive projects ever built in Dallas when Caroline Rose Hunt developed it and this deal was one of Dallas’ largest commercial property transactions ever!

Also, congratulations to John Goff, founder and chairman of Crescent Real Estate, for being honored by D CEO with the Pioneer Award for 2022 for his distinguished career in commercial real estate.
Carmella, Colleen, and Rosa, we sincerely appreciate your hard work and dedication to The Crescent team. Thank you so much for everything you do! Wishing you a very happy Administrative Professionals Day.
On April 4, 1986, The Crescent opened to spectacular fanfare and was heralded as “a celebration of art, history, and architecture,” thus beginning its reign as the iconic anchor of what is now known as Uptown Dallas.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, we honor Caroline Rose Hunt. She was the bold and visionary leader who built The Crescent, which is as vibrant today as the day it opened and continues to be extraordinarily successful. Mrs. Hunt was known for her graciousness. She led the hospitality and real estate industries in establishing world-class service in every project she touched.

Over the years, The Crescent has improved to reflect the dynamic changes of Uptown. However, we have stayed true to the vision of Caroline Rose Hunt by maintaining the integrity of the exquisite architecture of this premiere multi-purpose business complex. Several of our employees started their careers with Mrs. Hunt, and her passion for top-quality customer service is the bedrock that drives Crescent’s culture.
National Employee Appreciation Day reminds us that strong employer-employee relations are at the core of any truly successful business. Today, we extend a big thank you to our employees for their passion, commitment, and dedication to the success of The Crescent. 👏
This week is National Engineers Week - a weeklong celebration of all that engineers do to make our workplace better. Our engineers do an outstanding job maintaining our building and fulfilling each customer work order request daily.

These past couple of years, they played an intricate role in maintaining a high level of customer service while providing a safe environment for our customers and visitors. Please join us in thanking our hard-working building engineer team for their resilience and commitment to help us no matter what task gets thrown their way! 👏
The Crescent completes nine lease deals totaling 43,636 square feet. “Securing new and expanding leases for these investment and financial companies helps bolster The Crescent’s reputation as the Financial Center of the Southwest,” said Tony Click, Vice President Leasing for Crescent. Happy Valentine’s Day, may you spend this beautiful evening with the people you love most. 💕
