Crescent hires Jordyn Allen as Senior Leasing Associate

DALLAS, TEXAS, June 28, 2021 – The Crescent announces the hiring of Jordyn Allen as Senior Leasing Associate. Allen will focus on leasing and marketing efforts primarily for The Crescent®, the iconic Uptown Dallas office and mixed-use property owned and managed by Crescent Real Estate LLC, and assist The Crescent management with strengthening customer relationships, increasing customer retention, and attracting new customer growth.

Allen’s commercial real estate leasing and management experience in the Dallas market positions her for success in her new role with Crescent. Most recently, Allen served as leasing manager for Spire Realty Group’s Texas portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. She was responsible for initial prospect tracking and analysis, transaction negotiations, and underwriting, including completing customer improvements. Prior to joining Spire, Allen worked for Segovia Retail Group, Cushman & Wakefield, and Shorenstein Realty Group.
