Valet Parking Services Begins At The Crescent Office Towers

VALET PARKING SERVICES BEGINS AT THE CRESCENT® OFFICE TOWERS

The Crescent® starts its valet parking services for its Customers and their visitors

DALLAS (November 8, 2016) - This week The Crescent® started a valet parking service program for all Customers and their guests of the Office Tower. The valet location is in front of 200 Crescent Court on the piazza side (courtyard). This is a ticketless valet system and relies on text messages (or a smart phone) for vehicle check-in and retrieval. The customer replies to a text message they receive upon check-in. When ready to pick up vehicle, the customer will text back for retrieval or click on a website link within the text messages and make the request.

The Crescent® Office Tower Valet services will be available Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The valet rate is $8 for the first hour, and an additional $3 each per hour thereafter (maximum rate at $17).

Validation System: As mentioned above, this valet parking program runs on a ticketless system. Validating valet parkers is a separate website from the Self-park validation website. Any customers of The Crescent interested in paying for their guests’ valet parking fee, please contact Platinum Parking at 214.978.3680. Platinum Parking will set the company up with an account, as well as set a training time with the contact person to review the process of validating.

How a Guest May Pay: The Crescent® Customer may validate the guest using the online validation system. Or the guest may pay on the website or pay with a credit card at the valet stand.
